ESCAPADE | Tasting Exhibition is a contemporary art pop-up that allows people to escape into the world of artistic collaboration. Our goal is to host unique and immersive experiences for people to enjoy and remember. Custom experiences are curated in response to exhibitions on display to create a unique experience that plays with the art of creativity, sense, and imagination.

We want to create a moment that lingers as well as to give emerging and established creatives a platform to experiment and exhibit. ESCAPADE creates a space that aids in the lack of collaboration within the arts, and aims to push boundaries. Normally Fine Art, Cinema, Fashion, Creative Writing, Culinary Arts, Music, Dance, and Theatre exist in their own categories. Here at ESACAPADE we are interested in blurring and merging that line.

"A Spectrum of Distractions" Exhibition + Tasting Experience

Hosted by ESCAPADE | Tasting Exhibition, A Spectrum of Distraction was a contemporary art pop-up designed to blur the line between visual and culinary arts. The exhibition featured over 20 original works by artist and founder Raven Smith, transforming the space into a multisensory escape where creativity, taste, and atmosphere intertwined.

The tasting experience centered on 4–6 select paintings from the exhibition, each inspiring a custom pairing of chef-crafted dishes, signature cocktails, and guided eating experiences. Award-winning chef Daniel Bullock curated a four-course menu accompanied by two cocktails, each element thoughtfully designed to reflect and complement the artwork.

Guests were immersed in a curated environment complete with theatrical lighting, a custom playlist, fine art, and tactile details that engaged all five senses — sight, taste, touch, smell, and sound. Complimentary goodie bags offered a final touch, ensuring the ESCAPADE experience lingered beyond the evening itself.
